Disabling extensions for sites
-
Does anybody know any extension that allows to disable extensions for certain websites? I want to do it for google translate, but it only allows to enable it for list of sites.

@denis3509 Extensions only run on websites they are supposed to run on. Extensions which have a very broad field of use normally have blacklists. For Google translate it doesn’t make much sense, it only runs once you trigger it. Just don’t let it autotranslate text you highlight and you’ll be fine.

Thanks for your answer! But its not my case
The problem is that i need autotranslate highlighted text on all websites, except, for instance, localhost:3000 when i develop in browser.
it can be done with adding css style "display : none" to element. How can i do it for certain websites? -
This extension enable/disable your extensions depend what site are you surfing and you can set if is "only" or "when" you're visiting that site.
But has a drawback, the UI isn't intuitive, but once you learn how works it's a useful tool to don't longer be worry to switch on/off extensions.
In NooBoss extension options must go to
Extensions; Autostate
. Remenber that here the page has more content and have to scroll down to configure all settings to add a new rule. -
Also, this Extension Manager can this too. But yeah, NooBoss better (also, this dev created nice search "NooBox").
Open only when;
Close only when;
Open when;
Don't open when; -
@Obiwan2208 Is because is not actively developed so the UI has some glitches.
A bit sad no-oneforkedimproved yet as it is a quite unique extension manager. -
@Hadden89 Project has 24 forks, but there’s no reason you couldn’t create a 25th :p
-
@luetage But is really hard to say if they are working/improved forks or people clicked on
for mistake
[Like I did just now -.-] -
@Jazzef The highly ranked comment below the answer here https://superuser.com/a/1634141/1787074 states that that extension has suspicious code
