Music control in Web Panels

Hello Vivaldi Team!
I'm suggesting to implement some music control functionality which should simplify usage of music streaming in Web Panels. Here are my suggestions:- Add some play/pause/next_track/previous_track buttons for web panel sites that stream music. Or some player with similar functionality (like new Opera did recently).
- Extend 'Mute Tab Audio' feature to also take into account Web Panel tabs with audio.

Shared thread is about manual muting of specific Web Panel site. My suggestion is mute it automatically when other tab/web_panel_tab with music is detected( like 'Prioritize active tab' option does right now for tabs).
