"Download with" dialog

I use 1DM to download big files. But I prefer Vivaldi internal downloader for small files.
Also some filehostings have prevention from sending link to another app. So if I open in vivaldi and press download i can download in vivaldi, but if this links opens in 1dm it shows error.I offer to add some options:
- Optional dialog before download starts.
- Long tap on a link (only on downloadable link, not webpages) shows a menu: download using. If we use by default Vivaldi, so it shows "download using 1DM". If we use 1DM it shows "download with Vivaldi".
I think the second one is a really nice option. It will be convenient if I want to download a big file and decide to use external downloader.

I know what you're talking about. I use ADM download manager and sometimes sharing the link to the app doesn't work.
I think this is because the actual download link is not on the button you press to download, but instead does something in the background to fetch the link. ADM has a built-in browser, so you can just open the same page in that app and download it that way.
It's a good feature to have native in Vivaldi though, thumbs up.
Have you checked the Vivaldi flags page? Sometimes you can find extra hidden settings in there that might allow this kind of thing

1DM is also has own browser (I used ADM before, but 1DM is more powerful), but be honest, I'm here to suggest how to improve vivaldi not find a workaround solution. I know lots of workarounds and one of them consists workaround the all Vivaldi's issues: Firefox.
