Option to disable "search-ready omnibox"

The "search-ready omnibox" (name given by Google) makes it harder to edit the current url.
Instead of behaving like a text box when clicked, it gets emptied and replaced by a search box and a menu with actions. This gets in the way.

I have no opinion on it being the default or not, but this is a clear regression compared to desktop and even the barebone mobile browsers (like the AOSP browser), and there should be an option to disable it.

To see what the old and desired address bar looks like, there remains a flag that brings it back to incognito pages.
