Side-bar pie controls

A customizable pie control will allow the user to quickly open new pages, navigate between the opened tabs, move back & forward in history, etc. Swiping from left/right side of the screen would open pie control screen with user-defined actions.

https://github.com/JayT5/ChromePieThis actually already works in Vivaldi using EdXposed and the old ChromePie module. Having this baked in would set Vivaldi apart from other browsers and enhance every users' experience.

This would be great to have implemented. Bizarre that its not a feature anymore in any app.

@twodogsfighting Yeah I'm not sure why it was removed from the AOSP browser - it's revolutionary.
Unfortunately, it completely stopped working since Vivaldi's last update. It was hanging on by a thread and now I must use the browser like a peasant.
