Mail suddenly stopped sending. It just sits in the Outbox.

I've only just noticed that outgoing emails suddenly stopped sending. They just sit in the Outbox.
I don't recall making any changes to the account details in Vivaldi and those details are still working for other clients (Outlook on my PC and on my phone).
(Stupidly, I didn't notice until when I didn't get a reply I was expecting I checked around. It was only then that I spotted the Outbox: 15 at the top of the Mail panel. D'oh!)
Any thoughts?

Solved.
I'm pretty sure that it was a malformed address in one email which halted the whole queue. I removed that email and the others poured out.
It was probably of the form "/""'Robin Govt [email protected]' or similar.

@brianlj one malformed email shouldn't stop the entire queue though.

I filled VB-80738 that mentions this thread because I was afflicted by somethign similar: https://forum.vivaldi.net/topic/62556/emails-are-not-sent
However, I can no longer reproduce this with the malformed adress, Vivaldi complains about it rightly (though just once and not with every hit of the "sent" button as I would expect).
