Blocked by Cloudflare

I just tried to file a bug report, and Cloudflare rudely refused to allow me to file it.

What kind of bug? Vivaldi-related? Linux-related?
How is Cloudflare part of this?

If it is a supposed bug in Vivaldi, you first should describe it here in this forum.
Later you can report it on this site.
It has nothing to do with Cloudflare AFAIK.

The bug is in Vivaldi for i386 Debian Bullseye Linux (actually a 686). Vivaldi refuses to run.

Cloudflare comes into this because when I hit "Submit Report" on the bug report, I got a complaint, allegedly from Cloudflare, as follows (absent the graphics):

Sorry, you have been blocked
You are unable to access vivaldi.com
Why have I been blocked?
This website is using a security service to protect itself from online attacks. The action you just performed triggered the security solution. There are several actions that could trigger this block including submitting a certain word or phrase, a SQL command or malformed data.

What can I do to resolve this?
You can email the site owner to let them know you were blocked. Please include what you were doing when this page came up and the Cloudflare Ray ID found at the bottom of this page.
