Emails not received

Hi, I have not received some of the emails that people have told me they have sent me. I can't find any tech support to ask what could be happening so I'm asking here. Have received other emails so they are not going to my trash folder, any ideas? Thanks

@sulegulmen thanks for that, yes you are probably right, had a lot of that recently when trying to just access my account. It has also been very very slow at times so has been unreliable of late and I'm looking for another email provider now.

You'll find the contact form at the end of account and service related help pages. For example, this freshly published one: https://help.vivaldi.com/services/webmail/troubleshooting-webmail-issues/.
In the message, include the email addresses you expected to receive emails from and the approximate time when they were supposed to be delivered.
Without knowing any details about this issue, but using past experience as reference, one of the reasons the delivery might have failed is because the mail servers on the sender side might not be configured following certain standards.
