for tab management. When I occasionally, almost never, show the bar, it’s like:With pop-up thumbnails & secondary row enabled (though I use stacks even less than the tab bar). No pinned tabs, but the SD is almost permanent.

Only one row. No pinned tabs. No scrolling.
Horizontal.
Left the default size alone.
No thumbnail image, just the title on hover. -
