Instagram IGTV video {Hardware with M1}

Just about all of my .mp4 videos play with no problem on Instagram whether they are IGTV or regular posts. I have had a problem with one file and I am concerned about posting more until I can figure out what happened. It plays on other browsers. Here is a link:https://www.instagram.com/p/CKtPUV2AiSw/

@Chas4 I just checked, I am running the exact same system. Tomorrow I will get a screen shot of what it looks like. The odd thing is that it plays on other browsers and systems just fine. Thanks for try iing itg out and gettoing back.

Here, I'm stumped. This one IGTV video will not play full-screen in Vivaldi but I tgried it out in a panel and it plays perfectly. You can see the comparison in the attached screen shot. This is the only video where I have had this problem and I would like to understand it because, as a documentary filmmaker I would like to use the Vivaldi with Instagram on my desktop.
I hope you can open this image. I do not see it other than a link in this editor.

You got it! It displays with the problem! Then when I go back to mobile version it looks fine. I am going to try it out with some other videos on the same Instagram account.

Oooof! I just tried another video and it plays well both in mobile and desktop versions in the panel! I wish I had sa way of replacing that video without losing any of the counters or data. I do it all the time on Vimeo.

Yes. You got it! But with another video, it plays fine in the panel in both mobile and desktop. I made sure that the files were shot in the same time period.

I am afraid that the bugs report is going to get me in trouble. I am not a programmer and Vivaldi is very new to me so I am not sure I can back out of the issue that are being warned about.
I think you may be on to something. I am running a new Mac Mini with the M1 Silicon chip; But why it happens to this one video is behyond me.

Thanks! I have to get off and attend to other things, but I have bookmarked this forum discussion and will check out the links. It will take some familiarization with Vivaldi before I can feel comfortable with it for primary use. For example, IO need to study how to do searches. I keep getting POST messages. That kind of thing.
But the fact that it can emulate a mobile browser IS VERY HELPFUL TO ME!!!! (Sorry for shouting, but I think it is a valuable asset that others should know about if they work in media. So many users are on mobile devices these days and we are creating on desktops.)

@Gwen-Dragon Thanks for hyour help. I see now that the problem is not confined to the web panel because I tried to load a video in IGTV in a main windoe and the exact same thing happened and the web panel looked fine! Tjhe reverse of before.
But as I mentioned, I think Vivaldi can have a very important function in the easy switch between mobile and desktop versions in the web panel. The Instagram implementation has a couple of limitations:

There is no way to add multiple photos to the same post. This feature is growing in usage for story-telling. I have seen it used more and more and to do it now I have to go into iPad.

The edit function is not implemented. In order to edit a post that I made with Vivaldi, for example, I have to go into iPad. And iPad is also synchronized to the hashtag database so that it can auto-complete an entry as well as show how many occurances it has. Very useful.

@Gwen-Dragon Has this problem been marked as fixed? I'm asking because I'm still getting this corrupted video problem on some pages like IG stories, the Airpods Max website (when you scroll a bit), tweetdeck, etc. on the newest Vivaldi Snapshot 3.7.2218.29 (arm64).
