Show tabs in full-screen mode when you move your mouse to the very top of the screen

I LOVE full-screen browsing, but I HATE having to exit full-screen mode just to see the tabs and switch to one.
This is the only reason that I still have Firefox installed is because it does this by default.
I've tried the Chrome extension Tab Revolution, but it doesn't work anymore. It only activates when you have a video in full-screen, not when the browser is in full-screen.
Here is what it is supposed to do when you hover mouse to top of screen:
