"Send button" should not be immediately next to "add attachment button".

I just sent an unfinished e-mail instead of attaching a file to it. Could the button be more separate from the other buttons, please?
Not sure if this sia bug or feature request.
By the way, there is no setting to have the e-mails be sent after a minute after I click "send", is there? That would be great, often I remember something ten seconds after I send an e-mail. I think gmail has this.
-
I see, good tip. Does that mean I have to send the e-mails then manually or does it get send on its own after some time (that would be my prefered solution).
-
I actually found out one sends e-mails by pressing ctrl+enter but that is not exactly discoverable :-).
-
If only Vivaldi Mail could natively support a delay before sending to allow the send to be undone, ala "Undo Send" in Google Mail...
-
@felagund I had that problem as well. Multiple times. I moved the attachment button to the far right end of the little line of buttons there, and that helped. These buttons move the same way other buttons in the UI do. I filed a bug on it, and the mail devs promised to look into it at some point.

This is now solvable with customizable toolbars. But it would still be nice to change the default though.
-
@felagund I don't see much benefit in changing the default. Changing defaults nearly always upsets users who don't tweak the default settings.
I tweak just about everything on a regular basis; so often that I have a single-key shortcut "c" to customise the toolbars.

Default should be good and this default is not good. I actually think "send" should be fairly separate frm other buttons so there is much lesser chance of sending e-mail by mistake.
I do not think that a bad hstorical default is a good reason not to change the default, certainly not in this case.
