Is it possible to delete or edit search engines on Android?

For the life of me I can't figure out how to delete search engines (such as Bing or Yahoo) from Vivaldi on Android. For that matter, I can't even find a way to add new ones (but I didn't really try). The menu in Settings -> Search engine only allows me to select a default from a pre-made list.
Am I missing something?
