HTML Support in Email Composer

I would like HTML support in the composer window so that I may include an HTML signature. It appears that Vivaldi Mail only supports Rich Text. Is that accurate?

Sorry if it's something I overlooked but can it really be that you can not sent plain text mail?
All email clients I know at least have a related setting. -
