@Ornorm Nice, but do we need to squish the poor smiley? Makes me shiver.

Finally!!!!
A special thanks to @Jon (and the entire Vivaldi team) for the beautiful gift that was made to all of us!
Did you ever think you would have your own emoji one day?
-
@Gwen-Dragon No-one has been injured this time

@Ornorm That's amazingly cool! You're a true artist!
If I may ask, what tools are you using to create such works of art?
-
@Pathduck Thank you very much!
Here, I'm doing it the old fashioned way with Photoshop (one frame by one...) because exporting Flash files to Gif is a nightmare (I tried in the past - production goes faster but...... for the export)

@Ornorm Behind the curtains...

@Ornorm , I'm pretty clumsy at these things, as graphic editors I only have Gimp and Squirlz (free, quite old, but works well, adding water reflections, rain and waterdrops to an area of a foto, very realistic and safe in Gif, Avi and Swf, simply select the area and ajust the effects) to give my photos some tweaks. For everything else I use online tools, like EzGif, Lunapic or things like that. You are a real artist

@Ornorm That's amazing dedication to the cause
I just asked because I like to play around with creating simple GIFs from movies and series myself, nowhere near as cool as yours though, that takes real creativity - and patience!
Mostly I use a really ancient abandonware program called Ulead GIF Animator, it must be two decades old now, still works really well for its use. GIFs have not changed much these last 20 years after all
Maybe you can work it into your workflow in some way, once you have the objects created in PS?

@Pathduck Thanks for the share.
I saw @Gwen-Dragon uses ScreenToGif (that I also use but just for screen recording) that I never used to create gifs... who knows... maybe something to try.
(*but I also saw she uses ImageReady that has been transferred to Fireworks (that I have as well but never used because I didn't know the aim of that programI could have a look as well if I go further in gif creations)
SpoilerI'm quite inconstant... I can be passionate about something during a period of time then jump to something else, to something else, to something else... (@hlehyaric knows... CSS
)

@Catweazle Thank you very much!

@guigirl You know, we really need both talents together even if it's sometimes quite difficult (I remember working with raw coders in the past and I felt disappointed by the fact they didn't care about aesthetics. They were only focused on functional solutions and they were also disappointed by me because I was mostly focused on the pleasure of my eyes or crazy concepts.
Both have to work hand in hand to make something (nearly) perfect (does perfection actually exists?).It also explains why I'm sometimes very very lost in some discussions I (don't - you know why
) follow here. And I am very very impressed by the knowledge you all have about distros, weird codes, settings, etc. and the way you can easily juggle with all these languages that, for me, are coming from outer space (I tried to learn to code - JS, Python - because I have a lot of ideas but... too hard for my
