I cannot access my Folders to Move an email
-
I read an email from my Inbox. I click on the tree dots to Move to and cannot access my Folders. I can only see my Folders within Settings and Folders. Please help.

@Claptonfan Which interface do you use? Larry or Elastic?
I use the Larry interface and have no problem, but you have to select a mail or mails before you can move them.
-
I am using Elastic. Shall I switch?
-
@Claptonfan I have also been using Elastic for a few weeks now, no trouble.
-
@Claptonfan FFS, I AM using Larry!!!! Sorry
-
@Claptonfan You should not need to switch if you prefer that layout. This is how it looks for me with the Elastic layout.

@Claptonfan You need to subscribe to the folder(s) in "manage folders" before they show up, by using the checkbox (default when creating a new folder is checked).
IMO interface is a bit stuck in the IMAP conventions, can't be expected every users knows about IMAP subscriptions...

@Pathduck Oh, thank you. Thank you. I am on the road again. Tusen Tack!!
-
In addition to using the More > Move menu, you can also drag and drop emails from one folder to another.
-
@jane-n Thank you. I'll try that, too.
