Reduce program folder size for installation on small devices

I installed the Vivaldi standalone version.
The capacity of the installation folder is 606 megabytes.
I think the capacity is too big
Opera's USB version installation is 200 megabytes, so why is there so much capacity?
I am manually deleting setup.exe vivaldi.7z from the Installer folder every time
Even if the cache is cleared after that, it is close to 400 megabytes.
It would be good to do a dose diet

but if you would regularly delete these two files, you had to download the whole setup file after every update? these two files are needed for the delta update, is this right?

@derDay yes they are needed for the patch, when not found, the whole installer gets downloaded everytime you update. Choose your destiny.
