Allow play Mp4, WebM Videos/Backgrounds and other Player Formats for the Speed Dial

Hi guys,
the speed dial is great but it is missing to play WebM and mp4 Videos/Backgrounds.
In the speed dial are GIFs, PNG, and JPG allowed. I think it missing Mp4 and WebM format.
Optional: To have a button in the corner of the speed dial to turn the volume on and off. (Clickable Speaker Icon Button)
Why allow Mp4, WebM?
A.: Because if you can play GIFs, why not also Mp4 and WebM. They have the same job and why not to support also this format. Plus I have many WebM and Mp4.

I can think of more reasons not to allow them. I cannot think of a good reason to allow animations either, but one can use animated GIF or PNG so you could convert your video files to animated GIF.
Who needs audio in a speed dial thumbnail? Video files tend to be large, and are not often the right dimensions for a speed dial thumbnail (440x360 pixels).
