Scrolling zoomed tab causes stuck shaking

Sometimes when tab is zoomed, scrolling fails - meaning "push" scrolling, tap, move, release and let it scroll - on tap release, it stops scrolling and starts "shaking", like if it was being scrolled up and down for small increments repeatedly at a really fast pace. Aside from the obvious bug, it gets quite uncomfortable for eyes.

usually happens on scroll down (up works, but doesn't correct the problem)
sometimes occurs only at some parts (heights) of the page or depending on where I tap for scrolling
Taping into the page stops it, but doesn't correct it (another scrolling attempt usually fails again). Once it happens, scrolling while holding the tap gets impossible as well.
Taping and scrolling to the side seems to make it possible to scroll while holding the tap.
Zooming out (or in) from given level makes the problem disappear.

Happens on both standard and dark mode. Happens with address and tab bar both on top and bottom.

I experience this behavior regurely from the first Beta. I had it for a known issue (...seems obvious...) which will be dealt with soon, but when that didn't happen, I came here to check and I found no topic on the issue - am I the only one who suffers it? (It is starting to be really annoying since it is the last remaining "common use imperfection" I experience)

If there is something I can do to investigate it further, just tell me what.

Vivaldi Mobile 3.3.2030.42 (happened on all previous versions since first Beta)

I've seen (some of) this happen, and on Google Chrome as well, it'll also like get stuck and not scroll down anymore until I refresh. So I'm not certain if it is a Vivaldi specific bug. Still, see here for how to report a bug in Vivaldi Android.
