I also hope that VB-67763 is fixed in an upcoming snapshot. As far as I know, this might only affect the macOS version. There is a discrepancy between what the Window menu displays and the edit settings show.

Notice the lack of the "Minimize", "Zoom", and "Bring All to Front" commands from the menu editing settings.

Except... there is actually no menu for page context actions which is what most request have been asking for :smiling_face_with_open_mouth_closed_eyes:

@Pathduck Right. That's because it's harder to code. There are multiple page contexts (page itself, links, frames, images, highlighted text, etc.) and Vivaldi may not have exclusive control of these, since the page itself may set some. Therefore, this will take longer. Vivaldi first offers customization of context menus over which they have exclusive control.

chrome://flags/#enable-native-notifications is back and working in this build (also appeared in today's 85 build but it just reverts to default there).

@AltCode confirmed, the setting Show Popup Thumbnails seems always off, checked or not. Show Tab Thumbnails instead works.

Very nice so far. Just 2 remarks, pop-up thumbnails don't show (reported already), which implies that also Tab Stack Thumbnails Context Menu can't be customized. But I love Trash Can's added functionality now
