Favicons should have a transparent background

When adding custom websites to the panel, the favicons are displayed with a white background. That looks, in my opinion, very ugly. However, it can easily be fixed using Custom CSS:

/* Make background of web panel favicons transparent */

#switch button.webviewbtn img { background-color: transparent !important; }

It's just a small thing, but I'd love to see the Vivaldi team incorporate that change in their default theme, so that we need one less line of Custom CSS.
