Minor update (2) for Vivaldi Desktop Browser 3.2

@ruarí: This is something I've wondered about for a while. Do you know if apt has plans for delta? I'm on MX Linux, which is on Debian 10.

@ruarí: Thank you. I was disappointed after installing 3.2.1967.47 that the Snapshot fix was not (yet) included. Out of curiosity, have your developers identified exactly what the issue with USATODAY (and other Gannett sites) is? Obviously it's a problem on their end, but I know people there and would like to inform them about it.
-
I would be ok to just download and install stable builds and inter-snapshots are not compulsory.?
-
@ruarí: Just out of curiosity, if it's possible to do this within a day, why did the last one take a full week (after the Chromium bump)? I know that the earlier one had around 15 security fixes and this one only had 1, but it doesn't seem like that would be the reason.

Version 3.2.1967.47 (Stable channel) (64 bits) Archlinux constantly crash loading random pages.(dead bird)
-
@joeduffus @Ruarí Yes, I would like to know what the issue was, as well.
-
@gwen-dragon: I'll try it! Thanks

The version number (desktop-stable) in the blog window, upper right corner, is still at 1967.41, but is already at .47.
