Allow Editing of Context Menus
-
@MELQUIML121
I don´t understand all you wrote, I´ll try:I have to leave one item or the menu does not open.
After deleting all items left, all commands in the right menu are still there.
You cant manipulate the right side. -
@mib2berlin I understand what you're talking about, but we weren't talking about the same thing, that's why I wasn't understanding, what you showed me made me understand, but we're not talking about the same thing. I'm going to send you a screenshot of what I'm talking about

@MELQUIML121
Ah, this is the context menu of a sub folder.
It should be the the same as the main folder but it is not.
I would call this a bug.
In German we say to inherit or pass on. -
@mib2berlin and that's right this time we are talking about the same thing, since this time I understood you and you understood me should I put this as a bug in Vivaldi?
-
@MELQUIML121
Yes, it took some time, but now let's get down to business.
I would wait 1-2 days before I would report it.
Maybe Vivaldi tricks us and there is a way to do this.
If some other user verify: You cant change the context menu of a sub folder on the address bar.
Then you can report it and I can confirm it in the internal bug tracker.Cheers, mib
-
@mib2berlin so if that's the case on Sunday I send it to Vivalde's forum reporting a bug
-
@MELQUIML121
Send it to the bug tracker:For information on how to report a bug, see this URL: https://vvld.in/how-to-report-bugs
Once that is done, please share the bug number (beginning with VB-). Thanks.
On the form, you can add your email address. Once submitted, you'll get a confirmation. You can reply to this with any logs or further info.Cheers, mib

@MELQUIML121 I am pretty sure this has been mentioned before. You might find it if you do a forum search.
I can check the forum and in the bug tracker in a few minutes if you can't find it.

@nomadic

It would be nice if you can take a look.Cheers, mib

@mib2berlin I also couldn't find it in the bug tracker, but it was already mentioned earlier in this thread. Here is the relevant feature request on the forum:

@nomadic for what I'm seeing I went

@nomadic
Hm, we spoke about to edit the context menu of a bookmark bar folder. This is possible but it does not apply to a sub folder.
We occupied this thread, a new thread would have been better.
