Hi,

When I try to navigate in the settings menu to the privacy section, the browser restarts.

Version: 3.1.1915.3 (last snapshot)
Android 10, Mi9

I've reported this with VAB-1678 ID.

Also, I am not sure what you mean by "Dual apps", if you mean the clone feature some OEMs provide, I can't understand how that would help. I tried split screen and it still crashed.

Dual Apps, creates a Copy of the App.
It would be similar to a Test profile.
Not sure, but I think it's a Pie feature.

But maybe is disabled on some Manufacturers.

Otherwise, to assure it's a Bug, you need to Reset Personal Data App, no problem if you have a BackUp App and Data App.

It seems there are Apps to do that.
On MIUI is Standard.

Hi, I cant open Privacy, Vivaldi crash if I try.
I delete the Vivaldi cache in Android settings > Apps but does not help.

when I try what you do on my Amazon Kindle Fire ver 6.3.1.5 = Android 7.1.2 I have no such issues. I am using the latest APK file ver: 3.01885.43 from the Vivaldi download site. (I believe it to be the stable version.)
You have a higher version #, must be a Snapshot.
