Fix for white flash while loading new page!

Ok so this issue recently started happening again so i did some testing and found out that it only happens for sites that you have either in you speed dial or bookmarks
I tested clean standalone versions of the latest snapshot (Vivaldi.3.1.1906.3) and old version (Vivaldi.2.10.1745.23.x64). The white flashbang does not happen on the old version.

So if you want to save your eyes in the night you have to delete all bookmarks and speed dial (or at least the sites you use frequently) or use old version and wait for the fix.
If needed i can provide a video of step by step replicating all the steps.

I have this issue too. This is how to reproduce it :

• Add to the speed-dial a web-page with a dark theme as Feedly or Netflix
• Open this bookmark from the speeddial
• Then, a white screen is displayed while the page is loading

It occurs even with a custom.css body { background-color: #26272a !important;} and with Dark Reader extension.

Interestingly, it doesn't occur if :

• you open the same web-page (Feedly or Netflix) by pasting the URL from another random web-page.
• with some dark theme web-sites as Youtube or Twitter.

Tested with Vivaldi 3.1.1929.45 and Windows 10

Just trying 3.7 and it has the horrid white loading screen for me!
Any ideas?

I don't have it with 3.7. Do you have this white screen with all websites or only a few ? (can you give an example ?)

Was Zoom Page WE causing this issue. for me on 3.7.
