Consistent crashing when using DeX

Been trying to use Vivaldi in DeX mode on a Galaxy Note 10. This has so far resulted in crashing when performing basic browsing tasks or deleting/adding bookmarks.
I've noticed it is even less stable when being run in "Android Enterprise" mode whether on the phone screen or in DeX it seems to crash often and is somewhat unusable in this fashion.

This is some kind of rendering bug that seems to be common with chromium browsers and android 10. Happens to me with vivaldi and chrome on a s20 when using either Dex or SCRCPY for mirroring.
It works perfectly fine if the actual phone screen is on but once it turns off it crashes.

@handytracdr I feel like DeX had a lot of potential, but after they killed Linux on DeX and now these bugs it seems fairly useless.
