Built in speed dial thumbnail generator

Currently we need to create the images and add the files to the thumbnails at speed dial.

It would be handy to just copy the image link from a logo and have vivaldi generate the thumbnail. It would also be interesting to have some options for the generation and appearance of the thumbnail.

An automatic generation of the thumbnail by automatically detecting the logo of the website would be cool too.

Option to Detect Mobile Touch Icons Instead of Thumbnails

We don't have to create thumbnail images. Vivaldi already does it automatically. The problem is that on some sites they are not useful.
