Here's my current collection of built-in and custom sources that seem to work well together.
Edit: I've added a new custom Tracker Blocking source to the list. (04-01-2024)

I am trying to figure out the optimal ad block settings for the built in adblocker. Any recommended lists?
I am looking at the EasyLists website, but I know there are way more lists than that -
@Folgore101 Do I put these lists under ad or tracker

Hi Lila, if you look at the subheadings in the README, it should make sense. I'll list them out for you though.Under Trackers:
Enable the built-in lists- DuckDuckGo Tracker Radar
- EasyPrivacy
Add the custom list
- AdGuard CNAME disguised trackers list
- https://raw.githubusercontent.com/AdguardTeam/cname-trackers/master/data/combined_disguised_trackers.txt
Under Ad Blocking:
Enable only the built-in lists- ABP anti-circumvention list
- Adblock Warning Removal List
- EasyList
- English (Peter Lowe’s List)
- Remove annoyances, can break sites (Fanboy's Annoyance List)
Add the custom lists
AdGuard Popups filter
https://filters.adtidy.org/extension/ublock/filters/19.txt
Hagezi's Pro DNS Blocklist (Replaces OISD)
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/hagezi/dns-blocklists/main/adblock/pro.txt
RU AdList: Counters (Dependency: Vivaldi's built-in ad-blocking source RU AdList is enabled)
https://easylist-downloads.adblockplus.org/cntblock.txtYou can also enable any of the built-in language lists, depending on your needs. I like to enable Chinese (EasyList China), Japanese (もちフィルタ(広告ブロック)), Russian (RU AdList). The choices depend on your browsing habits. Also, it's your decision if you want to enable Allow ads from our partners (support Vivaldi).
I'm not trying to be insulting. I thought I made the README easy to follow. If it isn't, and you have any suggestions to improve the format. I'd be happy to look into reworking it. I want it to be as user-friendly as possible.
