      @pathduck , YT is full of ads, trackers, stupid animations and other Google crap which slow down the system, not so if you use a front-end, like Cloudtube, Yewtube or better Piped (the most I use), even the desktop client FreeTube are smooth and fast.
      It means, the reason are not the videos, it's a bad design of YT (slow conections to Google, where are stored the data of the user (googlevideo.API and other googleAPIs and sponsor datas, which Piped avoid and the other front ends at least in part.

          @Catweazle even if you block ads, youtube video is still sluggish when going into/out of fullscreen. This is something i notice in Edge too. So it might be chromium related. it's not a big deal because how often you switch to fullscreen.

            To discuss V Speed issues,
            Please open a new thread pointing to this if necessary.

            There has been many months in between and the issue already got fixed more than a year ago.

            Currently V version is 6.7 xx

            Of you have to reply an specific point,
