In fullscreen mode, whenever we perform tab actions, please briefly show the tab bar as an overlay for one second, so we can stay updated on the status of our tabs. Such as when we switch tab, open tab, close tab, etc. Also, the tab bar overlay should stay showing if the mouse is over it, until we move the mouse off it--so we can still fully use the tab bar while it is an overlay in fullscreen mode.
