AFTER an update, that feature disappear. I see no longer that icon.

Vivaldi 2.10.1745.23 (Stable channel) (32-bit) is my version.

THEY delete it! WHAT is so "broken" in last update?! Give it back in a nex update. That's why I NEVER like to update anything.

If you type the following at the Run prompt found by the Windows Search page:
      %AppData%\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch\User Pinned\TaskBar

Does a Vivaldi entry appear in the program listing that pops up?

@Blackbird That's strange, for me the link was named "Vivaldi (2).lnk" and indeed there was no option for New Private Window. I simply removed Vivaldi from taskbar by unpinning, and repinned it from the start menu. Now the link is "Vivaldi.lnk" and the options actually apprear when right clicking, New Window and New Incognito Window

@iAN-CooG My understanding is that the folder I noted lists all the registry links for user-pinned taskbar icons (but not MS Store apps and certain internal Windows sub-programs). A name like Vivaldi (2).lnk implies that at some point, a duplicate Vivaldi shortcut was pinned to the Taskbar or else a Vivaldi link was already there (but for some reason wasn't showing up when another one was pinned/created). Back in Vivaldi's very early days and when I was using Win7, I used to run into a similar kind of "(2)" problem sometimes when I had both Vivaldi Stable and Vivaldi Snapshot (stand-alone) pinned to the Taskbar and was updating both... but I haven't seen anything like it for well over a year.

@VivaldiUser2 It's a Windows problem... not a Vivaldi problem. Just un-pin Vivaldi from the taskbar, open Vivaldi from shortcut, then re-pin it.

EDIT: Managed to re-produce the bug. However, restarting my computer, then opening up Vivaldi, then re-pinning it fixed it.

      Yes, that is the solution!

      No, that does not help

@VivaldiUser2 What is your version of Windows, so I can see if I can reproduce your problem?

I have multiple instances of the latest Vivaldi on Win10 64-bit, Win7 32 Bit and Win10 32 bit, and none suffer the problem you describe. None of them. However, if you can say what your version of Windows is, I can try to reproduce it.
