Minor update (2) for Vivaldi 2.9

@chas4: And now, you can even book a ticket, though I don't really understand how disparate booking sites could have had a common crashing issue. Do some use off-the-shelf software?

Any update on this bug? Really breaks workflow for a very basic browser function.

@gabevilela mentioned a 2.9 JS dialog issue (in the last blog post) that's still with us (thought originally that it was fixed, but it appears not). Test here:

@rseiler: They do all use the same service, but with customized front-ends.

@ruario Really appreciate the fast update i'd had youtube crashing due to ''an excessive amount of automated requests'' probably VPN related but i did worry it might be an attack in progress, all good now whatever it was.

After update to 2.9 on macOS all saved password disappeared. Return to 2.8 helps.

@PardusPars Right-click on the Web Panel icon, and enable Show Desktop Version. Set separate width to allow more horizontal space for the video when the panel is open.

@tvrznikmichal This fix from @vankom worked for both of us and others over at chrome. Backup your vivaldi appdata whilst in 2.8 just in case then delete the login data file and login data-journal file and update to 2.9. sorry i dont know mac os but the same issue and cure was reported in the chrome forums for mac users. if you go to vivaldi://sync-internals you should see that the passwords section is highlighted in red, whereas everything else is green with 0 synced if you have this same issue.

@bossoxfried: That is a very odd error and I'd would be very surprised if that is the really cause of the crash. Nonetheless, let's see. Issue the following and try to start Vivaldi again:
sudo sed -i 's/^rm /# &/' /usr/bin/vivaldi-stable

Yet another update, this time 78.0.3904.97, with 4 security fixes of unknown status.
