Pause/Play videos when leaving/reentering tabs

A option to pause videos for tabs in the background, and to restart it when it gets back to the foreground.

As one example, if such option is activated, if we open several videos on YouTube only the ones visible (eventually on tiled tabs) should play.

Or when watching one video it should pause if we switch to some other tab, and resume from the point we left when switching back to the tab.

Please add an option to automatically pause/play videos when we switch tabs. So that videos of background tabs are automatically paused until we switch back to them. There should be a one second delay before resuming play on a video, so it won't interfere with cycling tabs. In the case of page tiling, only the focused page should play. This is especially useful for YouTube.
