Hard reload (cache reset)

Is there an effective, simple and quick way to check if the cache is triggered on reload or if a hard reload occurs?And another question: on a mobile browser all these key combinations: ctrl+r, shift+f5, f5, ctrl+shift+r, ?.. - definitely do not give the desired hard reload?

@far4 not sure on general, but on sites that have issues with this, you can see if the changes causes by you are visible or not after reload.
I don't usually use a sw keyboard that has ctrl / F-keys.
