Jokes besides, you seem to not understand that Vivaldi on android is not yet in the stable/snapshot phase, it's really still a beta. When the first stable (let's call it 1.0) version will be out, there will be normal stable and snapshot branches.
It has been like that for Vivaldi for desktop. -

Beta will be renamed to just Vivaldi Browser when the first full release comes. I guess that means this request will be done on first release, as there is now a dedicated snapshot channel.
