2 Factor Better Security

So, I've noticed many other providers are now allowing more complex passwords, and allowing their users to enable two factor authentication. Currently, I'm still limited on what characters may or may not be in my passwords, and there is no two factor authentication. I know there was a thread in the past for this, however it feels like it fell on deaf ears.
