Capture Animation Tab

Chrome tab has the ability to capture and share an animation from a window. You have to enable screen capture, with Chrome Tab, and select tab "Windy: Create Animation". Then click on "share" button.

Is this possible on Vivaldi?
I know how to do a screen capture but not how to capture an animation. -
