Show Toolbar for some Web Panels only

As of now, the should the toolbar be shown it must be enabled for all web panels. However, there are some web panels that have no need for the toolbar and it makes no sense having to lose the toolbar for every panel.

I would therefore like to have the ability to show the toolbar for some web panels, just like we can have a separate width.

@AltCode Presumably, you mean the toolbar at the top of the panels? I had not noticed before that changing the setting for one changes it for all.

The Panel Toolbar is not needed for any panels. It would be nice to disable that, but that's another topic already covered elsewhere

Yes, that's the one, enabling/disabling it says it is a toolbar.

I'm not sure I understood what you are referring to here. The panel toolbar can already be disabled. I just want to disable it for some web panels but not all.

This is also the case for the Zoom Controls. Some Web Panels need them, others do not, so it would be best to make each option independent for each web panel.
