Timer is displayed weirdly

This is something small I noticed while sync was having problems, but I'm not sure if it would warrant a bug report.

As you can see, the timer is displays weirdly when the seconds counter goes below 10. Rather than showing two digits, only one is displayed (it shows 9 instead of 09). This is not how seconds are regularly displayed, which can be seen in another timer such as the one DuckDuckGo.

@potmeklecbohdan It's not bad, but like I said, that is not how seconds are normally displayed in a timer.

I noticed that, and thought it was rather amusing.

The developer could spend ages finding the right javascript date construct and string formatter... or just spit out two numbers with a colon between them. drunk
