Navigate bookmark tab and panel via the keyboard

I very much miss the feature in some other browsers and file managers to navigate folders structures via the keyboard. I have about 1000 folders of bookmarks, nested up to 10 deep. It is very fast to navigate when I can type the first character of the name of the parent folder, then the first character of the name of the child folder, and so on (or each such character followed by the right arrow). (I try to make it such that no 2 child folders of the same parent begin with the same character.) Is it possible to bring this feature to Vivaldi? The lack is really slowing me down.
