(SOLVED) BBC News videos have no audio

have noticed this a few times now from BBC.com/news vids have no audio. Video works OK so it's not a location issue.
Any ideas?
Should I report as a bug?

• HP laptop w/ B&O (Realtek High Definition Audio, latest drivers) has always worked properly on various sites including BBC.com/news

• Audio is not muted either in toolbar or via Function/Volume keys. Volume in video set to max

• Still no audio with ALL extensions disabled or Private Window.

• Audio works on this site: https://www.bbc.com/news/video_and_audio/must_see/47405609/i-got-a-new-heart-now-my-brother-needs-one and @Gwen-Dragon

all other video sites seem to give proper audio if available (Vimeo, youtube, https://www.bing.com/videos/search?q=canadian+snooker+championship+2019+draw&qpvt=canadian+snooker+championship+2019+draw&view=detail&mid=27A634023C8634972E7A27A634023C8634972E7A&&FORM=VRDGAR, etc)
