Fullscreen Video playback with g-sync enabled.

Re: Fullscreen YouTube playback enabling G-Sync
now that nvidia supports adaptive sync (makes it possible to use g-sync with amd freesync capable monitors) I noticed, that in Vivaldi when trying to enable fullscreen for a video, the monitor loses its signal when g-sync is on.
This does not happen with any other Browser.
As there seemed to be problems with g-sync and vivaldi in the past, its probably worth investigating since freesync capable monitors are much more common than certified g-sync monitors. -
Writing from the year 2022, Vivaldi is 5.x, Windows is 11, GPU is 6900XT, G-Sync is FreeSync. The problem still exists. It becomes even worse, with even stronger stuttering and green buggy areas appearing on screen.

Hi, I guess nobody ever report this to the bug tracker.
In the Nvidia settings you can save a profile for an application, different to your default setup. Is this may possible in the AMD settings, too?
It is more a workaround and the issue should investigated from the developers.Cheers, mib

I managed to create a profile, It kinda solves the issue during the playback, however, there is some transitions between modes, and it causes even stronger issues when pausing/unpausing.
Looks like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m7rmXPh4UYg
To show the second screen is also affected: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2ovGupA1a38A second after recording the second piece the PC became completely unresponsible.
Developers, where are you.
