Change dropdown background color ?
-
I am using a dark high contrast theme for windows.
This works fine almost everywhere. In vivaldi autocomplete dropdowns however have a white background with white text. So one can't see what's written.
Can this be changed modding vivaldi ? I tried the inspect tool, but could not locate the dropdown element in the browser source.
Also I think its possible this element is not exposed to be user changeable. But is just chosen using windows theme settings. If this is the case then the theme needs to be changed. Anyone know what property of windows theme is used to set this color ?
Thanks

@luetage Thanks. My question is slightly different though.
I am not thinking about the the yellow background, but the white #FFFFFF background-color of the the autocomplete dropdown items -
apparently the dropdown color here is not part of the DOM.
Does anyone know from where vivaldi picks this color?

@gyaani I would have guessed it's part of the chromium code too, just like the input background color. But I'm not on windows, no idea why the windows theme interferes with it in case of foreground color. It's strange.
