Too many redirects error persists after clearing cache and cookies

I can't access gmail normally, as soon as I sign in the "Too many redirects" error message appears. I'm fully able to use it in incognito mode, though, so it's something wrong with my session. I've cleared my cookies, cache and applications cache but it keeps happening.
