New Tabs Should Open at the Top/Left

Every browser opens a new tab at the right of the screen or, worse, at the bottom if the tab bar is set to vertical. I'd like it to open them at the left of the screen or at the top, since a new tab is usually what I'm interested right now, and having to dig it from the bottom or the right makes it really annoying.

@fabioromeo The best I can offer you is Settings, Tabs, New Tab Position, After Active Tab or After Related Tabs.
If new tabs are opening as the last tab, then you have changed the default at some time.
As you noted, no other browser opens new tabs in the first position.

Thanks, my tabs are set like that but I found it insufficient. Having it show at first would be way better for my workflow.
