This problem has returned, I'm running Vivaldi 2.2.1388.34 with th elatest version of the web clipper and it will not let me log in. It does work on Chrome...

@mtriplett1 I had the problem with the last snapshot but it seems to be resolved with the last stable version (2.2.1388.34) - I could login yesterday.
When you clicked on login, did you get the pop-up window appearing? If so, you'll be able to enter your username and password. Afterwards, that window stays blank and nothing seems to happen. Just close the window and you'll be able to use OneNote web clipper again.

After the latest update (2.2.1388.34 (Stable channel) (64-bit)) I also found that I could no longer get the OneNote Web Clipper to log in unless I disabled blocking of third-party cookies. In previous Vivaldi versions blocking of third-party cookies did not prevent the extension from logging in. Also the extension still works correctly in the current stable channel release of Chrome with third-party cookies disabled. The extension was last updated in June, so apparently a change in the latest Vivaldi version is causing the issue.
