Developer Tools should follow Scheduled Theme

Internally, Vivaldi has a way of distinguishing if a theme is "light" or "dark".
If the theme changes according to schedule, check whether the theme is dark or light and change the devtools theme to be "light" or "dark" to match when a new devtools window is spawned.
Devtools theme shouldn't be changed right away according to schedule, as this causes the dev tools window to completely reload, which could lead to data loss. Waiting until next devtools launch is sufficient.

Unsure about this. Light dev tool is a nightmare to read for me.
Maybe a force option could be add in its settings if the dark/light switch is not wanted. -
