It would be nice to be able to rotate images that I'm viewing

I see I can get RGB channel histograms when a I view an image such as this one. But in that particular case, the real killer feature would be to be able to rotate the image.
Currently this can be accomplished with a Chrome extension, but it sure seem like a simple thing that ought to be in natively.
