Marker/Highlighter for Active Tab on Tab Bar's Scrollbar

Previously I suggested Autoscroll to Active tab for vertical tabbar: https://forum.vivaldi.net/topic/26231/vertical-tab-bar-needs-auto-scroll-to-active-tab-functions/

Here is another idea to improve vertical tabbar accessibility: Add a marker/highlighter on the scrollbar to inform user the location of active tab. Then, click on the marker will scroll directly to active tab. Basically, it's an extended function for my 3rd suggestion.
