How do I view the console.log() output from a custom.js?

First of all, I apologise for the noob question.

In firefox, I had access to the browser console in addition to the web console, the former applying to the entire browser rather than being tab specific.

Is there an equivalent in vivaldi? If not, how do I view the console.log() output from a custom.js?

I'm sure it's just something simple and I'm a moron, but I'm totally perplexed.
